How's HEB looking in Europe? Do you know? Thanks. . .
Hello, RR. Just checked: 1,74 EURO's, up 7,41%! Looks nice. If things continue this way maybe you can add yet another RR symbol...

Spot on 'ol boy!!! her Bio was posted here a day or two ago and she is considered AN EXPERT AUTHORITY on Biological and Chemical agents and Bio Terrorism and is a leader in the advancement in understanding the causes of CFS and the treatment of the same...the lady is a powerhouse in a small compact body...

The other tidbit about her and Dr. Montagnier is a plus as well...there are so many cards being stacked in favor of this drug that it is taking on a life of it's own...
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Dr. Margaret Hamburg was part of the panel that reviewed cases of Gulf War Syndrome back in the 90's. How does this relate to HEB, Ampligen, or CFS you ask? The panel concluded at that time that many of the symptoms that Gulf War Veterans were experiencing were similar to those that sufferers of CFS experienced. They had conveyed that the connection may be related because many of these veterans were thought to have been exposed to certain contaminants, whether they be biological, or chemical, or some other type of infection. I quote, “…infection and trauma may well be precipitating causes of "CFS."

So, now the question is; how much of a role does the director of the FDA have in signing off on these approvals? Unless we work for the FDA we really have no idea, but I’m sure she is involved in the process to a certain extent. Why is this valid? She’s obviously quite familiar with CFS and infection and genetic related disorders. Will this play a role in this decision? I have a strong feeling it might. Furthermore, I can’t be certain but because she was on this panel, she was familiar with biological and chemical agents and likely heavily briefed and read on those agents. Here’s where I think it gets interesting. You may have read in places where Dr. Carter has worked with the DoD and other federal agencies in applying Hemispherx’s experience to this field. Possibly to use Ampligen or a form of Alferon for recovery against biological agents? I make this inference because their products work against infection type problems. The odds may be good that they have run in the same circles where this area is concerned.

Here’s another interesting tidbit:
Did you know that Dr. Luc Montagnier, Hemispherx Scientific Advisory Board Member, received the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 2008 for the discovery of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) that is responsible for AIDS? I don’t know about you, but I tend to think that could lend some extreme validity to Hemispherx.

New article, but a reprint of old worn out news...at this point who cares? They weren't handing out multi-million dollar bonuses to guys who tanked the financial markets and they hadn't taken a pay hike or a bonus in years because they had no budget for it...as far as that writer is concerned he can pound sand because all he has to be critical of is 450k that Carter and his #2 guy gave themselves...

I, for one, think that they deserved the money...

I agree. I think they deserved it as well. The bit at the end of the story was news for me though. I didn't realize that about the production facilities. To me all signs point to preparing for mass production.

Default Thinking aloud...

Wow!!

Yesterday's volume was over 27.5mill shares; more than HEB has seen in a really, really long time; or maybe even ever (I haven't looked back over the last 10yrs)...cool beans...

This morning's PM is looking to shape up rather interestingly as well...$2.40 is squarely in the middle of the morning's trading range on <200k shares. So since we have a lot of gamblers on this site, given SK's date list, we have a 50/50 shot that this thing is about to take a nice run up at the open...

I'm actually kind of glad that it hasn't made a huge spike up this morning beyond $2.50 because I think that would have triggered more selling for profit, maybe...or worse, those short sellers getting pissed off and trying to double down on their position...Can't say that I hate shorter cuz I'll be there were I see the opportunity as well; I just don't see the sense to do it here...

At .12 above last nights close is a good thing...not too high to trigger too many sell orders, but not so close to the closing price to warrant overt concern that: 1) it might fall off a cliff and 2) that it won't get out of reach for new money to want to come in; but the closer it can get to $3 as the PDUFA gets closer I think that it might find it's way toward $4 or a nice high $3.5+ range...so sue me, I'm hopeful.

My logic on that is: The higher the pps can get prior to the impending PDUFA release then the higher it's going to go if there is indeed an approval; inversely, the lower it stays the lower the pps will be after approval because people will tend to lose sight of the bigger picture and only consider the CFS story and not the AMP story in it's totality...

If this mornings retrace doesn't fall below $2.25/$2.28 then it could be another off to the races...giddyup...

mornin y'all

hehe so far so good
mcmil thanks for the update
just got back from tims and looking forward to today
so far some good articles hopefully they do the same impact as yesterday's articles
McMil but if this pp's shoots up fast i would say it's better for us you know alot of day traders would be interested in a stock which shoots up even 1-5% in a hour so more and more people come in the higher the price and faster which is good for us. Also the shorts who have to cover either they buy now or buy when higher .. instead of a snail's pace i would prefer faster and higher that way short term or profit takers get out and long's stay in which means higher PPS on approval

at 9.01 2 10.000 shares bought @ $2.40 looks good

You didn't? That, my friend, is one of the biggest caveat for this thing going forward...lower production cost because they won't have to farm it out...

Operative word there was "daytraders" The faster it goes up the quicker they are to pull out, take profits, and tank the upside...

Your goal here right now it to get money to come in and STAY in to keep the price moving upward and not chaotically up and down...
