Greeting to all, new to this forum and I'm pretty impressed.

I've been watching the payday loan/pawnshop space for awhile and had some good trades. I came across an intriguing article that makes a great case for shorting and want other opinions. Here's the link:

The author seems to have a lot of experience in this sector and I've confirmed most what he's written.

The sector has always had regulatory threats, but CFPA could really kill them. The survivor of the group may be FCFS, since they have indeed expanded into Mexico and their quarterly reports are very impressive.

So I'm looking at shorting AEA and CSH.
