Thanks for the reply, Greg. In that case, I should have stated ~280 shares shorted (3 contracts). Once this is solved, what next?

Still, what I'm curious to know is whether it was a recommended sizing or an arbitrary one? I'm hoping the OP will chime in.

Additional thoughts/discussion appreciated. Thanks.

And 5 puts is 500 shares, but again from what I read options are leveraged, so my actual cost is smaller than shorting the actual stock.

Just saw your reply after I posted... Thanks.

not sure when those scams started, but the market had a nice day on Friday. I think we can all say that. I sold mine CVD puts for a nice profit. But also sold my FFIV calls for a loss, and still holding CAKE calls (losing trade so far though).

Had sold the CVD at 5.5 for gain of $1024.90 and the FFIV loss was -395.10. Still, my gains are a nice $2,468.60.

Also looks like the CAKE position is a gain now.

The trade from yesterday was to buy APOL February 60 puts at $1.80 or less. With the extra cash I have now, I bought 8 APOL february 60 puts at 1.75 yesterday. Hopefully they can give me another nice profit. Got these trades from ykoptions.com.
