Hi All,

Don't have much time to do a proper post on this yet - will do it tomorrow. I just wanted to give everyone the heads up on this one. It had a pull back from the .30 range to the low .20s range in the last week but it's due for another pop into the .30 range.

Long term the future seems bright for these guys since they're been around for a while. This used to be a very solid stock until the whole airline industry got hit hard. They were concerns of BK over the past year hence the reason why it's a penny stock now.

There was recently some positive press on their debt restructuring :

Full disclosure: I do not have any shares yet but do plan on getting on this tomorrow morning. I was doing a ton of research on them all night and this looks like a very good short and long term play.

I can definitely see this stock hitting .30 I will try to get in <.23 and get out >.29 for a little profit. Thanks for the heads up on this one.

Got in at .227 this morning. I think I'm going to go long on this one. If it hits .30 by Friday I might sell and get out but if it breaks that resistance point then the next resistance point is .50 which would be a nice 150% profit.

Still time to get in even if you're looking for a quick turnaround!

I just learned how to read an ADX study just the other day and it is rather useful.

Check out all the different studies at "Chart School". Rather interesting read that will end up paying off in the long run.

Aug 26, 2009 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Mesa Air Group announced that is has entered into an agreement with a holder of its Senior Convertible Notes due 2024 (the "2024 Notes") to exchange $14.3 million in aggregate principal amount at maturity of the 2024 Notes for 13,571,428 shares of the Company's common stock, no par value. The number of shares of common stock was determined by dividing $2.85 million, which reflected the parties' agreed upon discounted value of the 2024 Notes, by $0.21, which amount was agreed to by the parties in view of recent market prices for the Company's common stock. Upon consummation of the exchange, $3.1 million of the 2024 Notes will remain outstanding. This exchange furthers the Company's activities earlier this year related to retiring the 2024 Notes. In a series of transactions that occurred in February 2009, the Company retired $83.7 million in aggregate principal amount at maturity of the 2024 Notes. "We are pleased to have retired an additional $14.3 million of our 2024 Notes on terms that we believe are favorable to all parties involved," said Jonathan Ornstein, Chairman and CEO of Mesa Air Group Mesa currently operates 142 aircraft with approximately 800 daily system departures to 108 cities, 38 states, the District of Columbia, Canada, and Mexico. Mesa operates as Delta Connection, US Airways Express and United Express under contractual agreements with Delta Air Lines, US Airways and United Airlines, respectively, and independently as Mesa Airlines and go!. In June 2006 Mesa launched inter-island Hawaiian service as go!. This operation links Honolulu to the neighbor island airports of Hilo, Kahului, Kona and Lihue.

This was announced last week actually. They raised capital to restructure their debt. Part of the reason why it's trading sideways this week is because of this. Once the shares are incorporated into the market fully we should see this thing turn around. All airline stocks are down today as is MESA so it would be a good entry point right now if you ask me.

not gunna lie, i was really pumped on this one but am quickly losing faith.

I can't see it going down much, but then again it doesn't seem to want to budge up anytime soon.

When are you predicting its going to take off back to .30 if it even does?

I think next week should see it hit the .25-.27 range for a nice 20% increase over this week. There seems to be a residue from the news on last Friday and the closing of the deal on the 24th. This week has been pretty flat but it should see some gains next week.
