SMME is currently in final stage litigation against VISA, MASTERCard and AMEX which could see damages paid to them for breaches of their patents regarding computer chip cards which the banks have been using for years now run into the $$ billions possibly.

Over the next couple of days judges will make a decision on the last of 6 patents SMME has sued the merchants for which will then see them move on in their bid to seek damages from the merchants for the last 10 or so years.

SMME biometric technology, see www.smartmetric.com, is useful across many applications from every day use through to military and other items which require some form of protection/key to access whatever needs to be accessed.

SMME is poised to run into double digit dollar values and is currently trading at a mere 40 cents per share. Once in full operation, pending the opening of their manufacturing plant in Argentina which has been strategically selected for their immediate access to Brazil which has over 100 million computer chip card users and favourable export rates/taxes to countries specifically Europe and their very low volume of shares on offer approx 110million, sees them poised to run well into double digit dollar growth over the next 2-6 months.

Furthermore, VISA has made claims that all their US customers will have computer chip cards issued by April 2013 and pending a successful outcome with the court case will add to SMME's growth.
