SPNG is back on the track to be being traded again and at a very discounted price now, $0.03 ish . You guys think it can triple up to $0.1 ish or even more like it used to?

sure if you want to lose your entire investment, havent you read this thread at all? they're not a good company to invest in, they're pure sketchy, find another stock that has a future

Back in SPNG today @ 0.033. The 10K must be in the hands of the SEC and soon to be released if this thing is trading again...You would think? Very very sketchy company with some comically bad decisions but I think it's worth a gamble at this price...and it's moving a bit so far today.

I had been thinking about buying back into SPNG-but research shows the following lawsuit details (to long to paste).

The lawsuit is about 30 pages-but start reading around 13. Talks about ghost companies SPNG gave as its largest customers that couldn't be tracked down-having a receptionist answer, take a msg-then within a few hours the phones were disabled. The lawsuit goes on and on with all sorts of forgery accusations, misrepresentation of earnings, and insider shortselling. It is a class action suit in which any stockholder in the past year can join.

Think I'll watch how this plays out-but no investment. Just posting DD for all to be aware of.
