Sorry I got off track, but i am miffed as well. I have been following SPNG for awhile. I don't see the logic. I thought they would do the same thing..

Well look on the bright side, we might get to pick some more up cheap. Just pray for no dilution, I don't see why they would. It seems to being scaring people today. As long as they don't dilute and keep up the profits for the rest of the year. They should be at .20 a share within a year.

Yeah I'm in long with SPNG and will buy more if it goes down. Yesterday it showed some life by going back up to the .04 range. This should jump off of their next quarter report.

They just got an order from costco according to their PR. This should shoot it up ontop of the earnings report coming in the next month sometime. I got back in at .0391. I'm probably wait til the earnings to sell again though.

Default If only...

I was looking at my account history on Zecco today and I saw that I was trying to buy SPNG at .0075-.0095 back on the 1st April 2009.

80000 shares to be precise! LOL

One of my newbie mistakes (I had been trading for 5 days) was "penny pinching" a penny stock (or, thousandth-penny pinching)!

HAHA I've done that more than once with penny stocks, greed isn't always good. I missed out with nrgn when it went up from .18 to .29. I kept putting my purchase orders for one cent less then the market, and it kept on going up, lol

I'm in SPNG today at .0512-today ended at .0564 and I'm still in. The Costco order was placed today. I might stay for awhile, I'll see what happens. Got it on a quick tip, and just found out how to do trades under $1.00 on my Scottrade account. -I'd like to research better from now on...

Default Lovin it

Been thinking about my exit strategy. I may let it ride to $0.10 (if we're lucky), and then put in a stop loss at .08.

Never have done a stop loss yet on Scottrade-so this will be good practice. I don't see a sponge company skyrocketing much beyond that-but I could be wrong.

Hi Victoria,
I would personally not sell all of my position at 0.10. I think there are still a couple of events that are going to drive the price way above 0.10, like the sale of SpongeBob sponge at Wal-Mart or the release of their financial statements (from what I have seen the price tends to increase -by a lot- before 10K's are released).

What you can do is sell part of your position now (or wait until it gets to 0.10), recover your initial investment, and then just ride free shares. I learned this here and is working great!

Best of luck!
