Frontier Airlines Holdings, Inc. (Frontier Holdings) is an airline primarily operating primarily connecting cities coast to coast through its hub at Denver International Airport (DIA). The Company is jet service carrier at DIA. It offers its customers product, with new Airbus and Bombardier aircraft, passenger cabins, and in-seat live television (TV) with 24 channels of live television entertainment and three additional channels of current-run pay-per-view movies on its mainline routes. As of May 18, 2009, Frontier Airlines, Inc. and Lynx Aviation, Inc. operated routes linking its Denver hub to 50 United States cities spanning from coast to coast, five cities in Mexico and one city in Costa Rica. On April 10, 2008, Frontier Holdings and its subsidiaries, Frontier Airlines and Lynx Aviation, filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code (the Bankruptcy Code) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
