It is going to be a very interesting few weeks. :)

Ok, here we go again!!!

Up over 10% so far today in the UK. I expect the Pinks ADR to follow suit (SRUXY).

Keep a check on the LSE listing folks and get in early doors in the states. This stock is going to fly this week.

Check out this post here about funding etc

Funding and Progress| Discussion| SXX| SXX.L| GB00B0DG3H29 | Sirius Exploration PLC - Interactive Investor

This is going to be a real winner over the coming months - especially when AusPotash lists on the TSX in September and immediately add £25 Million to the market cap of Sirius which is currently £12 Million.

Get in there!!!!

After a 40% rise yesterday I expect another good day for SRUXY (ADR) on the Pinks today.

Already Sirius is up over 13% today in London and the MMs are very short of stock.

Shoud be a good day over that side of the pond too - check it out folks. This is going to rocket soon believe me.

Only 10% up today on this - not bad.

Keep a check on it in case of a retrace. Although news could strike at any time bear in mind.

Exclamation Sirius - Reasons to Invest

There are many companies I've researched but there is one large difference with Sirius Exploration that stands out. With some of the other companies I'm invested, the nature of the companies growth is readily apparent, within an hour.

With SXX, the more I read the more intrigued, more amazed and more excited I was at the prospect. The idea is a brilliant one. The growth prospects amazing. And the price is so low.

Just going through the Dakota Salts plan takes a good few hours to fully digest, as each step of the way must be proven with other findings, with links to internet pages to prove that step.

http://www.dakotasalts.com/images/stories/Dakota_1.3.pdf

Now add in the Auspotash project, which has a resource that's of a scary magnitude.

http://www.auspotash.com/files/AusPotash-GeologistsReport-43-101.pdf

The reason for so much research done and needed for Sirius Exploration investors, goes back to that old saying 'if something is too good to be true, it probably is'.

Through the research being done here, it is slowly becoming apparent that the steps in their plans are becoming provable, mainly by internet links cross-referenced from various sources.

Sirius is an investment that ticks all the right boxes.

SXX looks likely to be one of those rare companies set to have many thousands of percentage growth in the coming years.

IMO finding institutional investors is NOT a problem for Sirius Exploration.

The current issue within Sirius is the management not wanting to see their share holding diluted and are currently priming lenders for future discussions. I look into this with this post.

After contacting Investor relations at Dakota Salts LLC, they said there were meetings in New York.

News may be soon upon us judging from the share price rise. There are many parts of the SXX business that news could come from.

-----------

From recent RNS Holdings releases clicking the news tab above.

Global Opportunities Breakaway Ltd. have 50,000,000 shares.

Knighthead Capital Management have 13,400,000 shares.

SXX are more recently issuing new shares at 4p.

Looking at the business plans of Auspotash and Sirius. For this speculation I will use $100m as the amount needed to get the project going properly on the ground.

-----------

Knighthead Capital Management

This is run by a chap called

They clearly have a few quid. ($500m at their launch)

And good pedigree

20% Owned by Zapata Corp and ZAP Com Corp, presumably connected.

Notice his email address at Harbinger Capital.

Harbinger Capital should need no introduction. They clearly have a few quid too.

-----------

These are two investors that have so far named themselves as holders. By doing so giving a good stamp of approval.

Funding is clearly progressing and IMO is now not looking like the problem some may have first thought.

Poulden, Doyle and Sirius Exploration management have considerable holdings and would rather avoid dilution, as would all holders, myself included.

The question now remains as to how and when new shares may be issued, and at what point lenders will come on board.

Poulden is currently striking that balance. With positive news items and progress, trading and demand will naturally raise the market price of our SXX shares. Recently giving into pressure to issue those shares at 4p.

After several solidified rises in share price, shares may be issued along the way funding further smaller steps in their business plans, then at such time when there is more solid grounds and the ball is rolling in the field in Dakota and Queenland and definitely when potash is coming out the ground and being sold, further finance for higher production levels and cavern storage options, both in Dakota and Queensland, will be done through lending. Clearly much more favourable as a share holder.

------------

As an example.

Issuing 500m shares at 5p would raise £25m but dilution would be to a level that would not see good potential growth as an investment.

Raising £25m when the share price is 50p, would only be 50m shares, and would be acceptable.

Banks would not lend $100m to Sirius with their current market capitalization, however when their market cap is £50m, getting a loan of $50m will be fine.

------------

IMO Sirius will not issue any new shares that cause a decrease in share price.

Their plan may roughly be as follows.

Raising the Market Cap will happen with the TSX Listing, could even be up to £30/40m with option taken.
150m shares added, SP becomes in the region of 10p, and rising.

Further placements after this could take the market cap onwards to £50/60m
150m shares issued at 10p brings SP remains in the 10p region and rising.

At which point lending negotiations will bear fruit.
Lower production levels become a reality, SP starts rolling towards 50/60p as production increases and SP keeps rising with progress.

I will further do some speculation as to what exactly the future share price might be at various stages in another post, showing calculations.

Cheers All and good luck

I stress that all of this is just my opinion, dyor, kwim.

------------

PS. The news item below, shows how Richard Poulden has a large holding in SXX through companies, pensions and his family.

Exclamation Sirius - Dakota Licences Not an Issue

This post concerns something that has been bothering most of us invested here.

Have a close look at page 27 of the Dakota Salts presentation.

http://www.dakotasalts.com/images/stories/Dakota_1.3.pdf

An arrow pointing to Dakota Salt's land might not be convincing to investors.

This brings the following questions:

Where is the land and what kind of licences does Dakota Salts have in the leases with the landowners?

Why since the article in february has there seemingly not been any trading licenses applied for?

This info should help to answer these.

http://www.ndrin.com/

Is a site for North Dakota that lists all the public records for land leases.

After applying for access, a total of 19 licenses came up for Dakota Salts.

These are the signed license agreements showing clearly that they have agreed Salt and Storage licenses for 20 years.

http://www.sendspace.com/file/929lh2

Notice the description of the land is in Townships and sectors.

Converting this to map locations on google earth, brings the land locations to be in two main areas.

1. Just to the east of Lignite in Burke County.

2. Just south west of Perella in Burke County.

NB. There is a power station near lignite.

So Plotting this land on a map, and also plotting wind farm locations, the electric grid, and gas/co2/oil pipelines on the same maps, brings the following.

http://www.sendspace.com/file/s5iu8b

Unzip the link, inside the folder will be two sub folders, 'Maps' and 'Workings'.
In Maps there are three maps showing the land relative to various other locations all related to Dakota Salt's business plan and profitability.

Also, there are some google earth close ups of the land.
Notice in one of them, the CO2 pipe line going straight across it.

NB, These maps are still unfinished, and I invite all comments and help in more precise locations of the various entities.

I can also check using the ndrin.com website the exact location of any land under license for any other business. Just looking up Hartland gave more than 70 signed agreements for windfarm locations. In Burke, and even the same sectors as Dakota Salts there is also much Oil and Gas exploration, and these are all done by separate and not related companies to Dakota Salts. I checked.

Being on holiday, I wanted to post this a few days ago and I would have liked to do a longer post, with price speculations also reflecting on upcoming news items, but this will be next week, unless of course news strikes before then. Sorry for the incompleteness, but IMO so far so good.

ALSO, thanks loads to TD2, Treeshaker, Dubya, Prof, DT et al for helping with these links and research.

Cheers all.

GL, dyor kwim

Oh yes... as to the question

"Why since the article in February has there seemingly not been any trading licenses applied for?"

IMO these will be a relatively quick formality now.
