I have a very small position in this (10K). I have been following it for a few months. They have released some good news lately. One problem is that it is very thinly traded. I have not found out why yet. I thought there would be more activity today. They seem to be actively increasing their leases and ownership of properties, with a stated goal of producing. (yeah, I know, they all say that

).

I'm just going to keep watching to see what happens. I'm not smart enough to give it a "Buy" icon, but I may consider adding another 10K
