Like I said at the very beginning of this thread, these guys have constant PR that always looks so promising. And come to think of it, I've yet read a bad article. But nothing is concrete!! It's always we're planning to do this, or we expect that. I still have a VERY small position with these guys, but I just don't trust them yet. I may be biased here, but that's my personal opinion. Hopefully I'm completely wrong, but till then I strongly encourage you all to be careful and protect yourselves with this play. Good luck!

lol saw this in a forum:
Amateurs don't realize signficance of today's PR 18-Jun-09 06:39 pm Dilution is the only thing that kills pennystock. period. i hve been trading pennies for 10+ years. Many years ago, when it was actaully possible for penny stocks to have 50M shares out it was typicaly for prices to fly until dilution starts. IGNT with limited debt, rasied $$$ to fund their biz plan, it is positioned incrediblly for growth now. Retail traders can't possibly own enough shares to drive pps down whenever a pop occurs as it has been the last several weeks. It was dilution.. All those days when it gapped at opened, without dilution it woujld have moved higher. We'd be at at least .04 by now. This will fly starting tomorrow. mark my words!!!!!!!!!!! I like this post:
I am an EMT in Missouri and have heard some talk about this product so I invested. Something big is going to happen soon. I personally go through about 20-30 nasal cannulas a month. Multiply that by how many EMT's, First Responders, Etc. ..... This product look's to function well, usually we have to switch patient's from first responder tanks to our tanks then to the on board ambulance tank and then to the bottle again then switch again at the ER. when we switch every time we have to set the oxygen valve to a certain level and it is my understanding that with this device we wouldbn't have to worry about that. this device would regulate the flow no matter what the tanks are on. Great IDEA! |

IGNT is a leading medical device manufacturer focused on the $8 Billion global respiratory market for the growing ageing population and emerging markets for Home DME, Hospital and Aviation Industries. IGNT introduced Oxyview into the respiratory market in late 2007 after securing U.S. and foreign patents and successful licensing with the Food & Drug Administration. IGNT has commenced domestic and global distribution with manufacture representative organizations and OEM partners. Oxyview is a pneumatic metering device that displays oxygen flow near the patient. The Oxyview flow meter easily and quickly installs on to the oxygen tubing nearest the patient where oxygen flow matters the most. The majority of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) patients require continued home oxygen therapy, which includes all of the required equipment supplied by Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers. With the new regulations for oxygen reimbursement in the U.S., DME providers need to cut costs to stay in business. Oxyview provides substantial savings as a result of decreasing the number of service calls. Without Oxyview, patients cannot confirm oxygen flow, and as a result there is an increase in anxiety and the patient calls the DME provider with concerns. Oxyview allows DME providers to troubleshoot other equipment problems over the telephone which eliminates an on-site visit with the patient. Oxyview provides patients with more assurance that they are receiving adequate and prescribed oxygen flow, while costing less than a single service call. IGNT has been selling Oxyview as an individually packaged respiratory product, and has now developed a disposable and more affordable Oxyview flow meter that will be attached and prepackaged to a variety of nasal cannula products. A nasal cannula is a device used to deliver supplemental oxygen to a patient in need of extra oxygen. The device consists of a plastic tube which fits behind the ears, and a set of two prongs which are placed in the nostrils. There are a recorded 23 Million patients in the U.S. using home oxygen therapy, and all of them, not including hospitalized patients, use several nasal cannula's each month. The current market for the nasal cannula has a cost range of $2-$6 per cannula, and is used for approximately 10 days before disposed. The nasal cannula is typically replaced 3-4 times each month because it builds up bacteria and moisture. Current cannulas do not include a built-in flow meter. The new disposable Oxyview-Cannula will include a nasal cannula and IGNT's Oxyview flow-meter attached at a cost of $4.75. The average list price for a nasal cannula is $5.75, however, the DME provider is responsible to include the cannula along with the other oxygen equipment reimbursable at a flat monthly rate from Medicare. There are an estimated 600 Million patients worldwide that require home oxygen therapy and conservative estimates of the potential market size for IGNT's new Oxyview-Cannula is $200 Million per year in the U.S. and $150 Million per year outside the U.S. "The new disposable Oxyview-Cannula should revolutionize the home oxygen therapy market worldwide. There is nothing else in comparison, and Ingen will sell the new nasal cannula at competitive prices starting this month. For the same price, a patient can choose to either have a nasal cannula with or without a flow-meter. I can't imagine that the patient would choose a nasal cannula without the Oxyview included," stated Scott Sand, CEO and Chairman IGNT. |

The PRs were great but common .. there were bigger and more worrisome news that to get hype about a company doing accounting stuff. In due time ( now that financials are sorta picking up), people might start looking at other things and that could be a good thing for ignt. We should see a price increase tomorrow through next but im sure soon as the price takes off a bit, lots of profit taking and we'll go back to where we started. Either way its a great product and they seem to be on the right track so lets see where they will lead us and hopefully a BUYOUT!
