More Info on Qnective Inc. OTC:QNTV Please?

Has any body heard of this company? It says that it is a development and distribution company of communication software and services.
I have been watching it for a bit. For some reason it went from 3.85 ( where it had been really steady for quite q while) on March 13 to .13 on March 17th and I can't seem to find the reason why. Only info I can find any where close to these dates is on from 'Light Reading Europe' on March 16, 2009 when it was announced that
"ZURICH -- Qnective Inc., a U.S. public company, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, can post one of its first significant triumphs. BT inmo, (BT Group plc (NYSE: BT; London: BTA)) a wholly owned subsidiary of BT Telecommunications Plc, has purchased a licence for global sales of mobile VoIP solutions from Qnective."...........
I am very new to all this so may be being rather daft but that does not sound like very bad news to me?
Any way if anybody has heard of this company and could share some info I would really appreciate it.

Qnective’s auditors included a “going concern” statement in its latest 10-K filing with the SEC. They expressed concern that the company does not have adequate cash resources to fund anticipated cash requirements through December 2009 and may have to raise additional funding through loans, equity contributions or revenues. And in this environment, loans can be difficult to obtain on reasonable terms.

No problem NBP Thats the point of this forum. However you can still play the swings in QNTV,

While I am not really familiar with them, you can make money on the cheap beaten down stocks. But

look out for the low volume on this one. Glad I could help.
