OK On a cash account it depends on what you consider "unsettled funds" If you sell

out a position that you have had for at least 3 days, you CAN use the money right away.

However if you sell before you have held for 3 days, you have to wait.

Thanks Chuck,

In Scottrade I can use the cash instantly for another purchase but I have to hold that new stock 3 days after before it can be sold.

Now you could sell it but you may be subject to a free ride PENALTY. however, even that is if you do it to often! Not for a one time instance.

A margin account fixes all of this if you want to do that.

This is a little analysis I have for CPRK... My data is based on the previous news I read over the last few months...

My math tells me that if they have a P/E of 7.50.. they should value at 0.23 per shares..

Let me know if i have anything wrong..

I think your share count is off, unless Im reading your spread sheet wrong.

It looks like you only have them down for 3.5 million shares, unless I am

missing the multiplier.
