It's all good, I still booked about 10% profit .
Sometime you just cannot be too greedy.

Earning is tonight after the bell, so I rather lock in the profit now than wait for tomorrow.

Arrow wouldn't have wanted to hold it into the earnings report.

Yea, I missed that I thought the earnings for this one was on the 7th. Dodged a bullet... LOL

Good time to get out then. I wouldn't have wanted to hold it into the earnings report. Even though Kinross is a strong earner, it is likely to report weak earnings.

CPRK likely to dip tomorrow and can be bought again cheap if we are lucky!

Exclamation would actually say the money is better spent on HWD Harry Winston.

Oh Great Chuck,

I had wondered if you had. I set my sell order @ 17.00 and got it also, it certainly didn't go much farther. (Close! Very Close! I got my dates wrong on the earnings report, I expected it Thurs. LOL)

Listen, I think this will dip to maybe $15.50 and then gain new legs tomorrow.

This earnings report was pretty dog gone good for Kinross. They will pick back up after some selling on the News and go on back toward the $19.00 I first expected their high to get to.

It can get there by next Monday with a good tail wind from this earnings report. Wednesday is likely the latest.

Don't know if you want to mess with it for another $3.50 or so.

I would actually say the money is better spent on HWD Harry Winston. They also keep marching to the upside and are a lot cheaper entry. They just don't have the same steam. Might just ride Kinross until Monday or so, then change down to HWD.

I want to look at Vic's Call As Well!

Trants, talk on the CGFIA boards (google finance) is that this is yet another pump & dump. Now I know we had this discussion re: CPRK but what is your opinion on CGFIA being a decent play vs. pump and dump?

Thanks in advance :)

Absoulutly NOT,

I have checked this carefully, Also the "B" shares and "A" Share Warrants got to My account today.

Bluestoo has talked to the CEO on the phone in the last 3 days. Between Bluestoo and I we have over 500,000 shares.

Also I was on those "Idiot" boards, many times, surveying the bullshit.

Bluestoo is there daily monitoring them. They are so full if S...t.

I confirmed their State mining permits they have personally. See below... Here is my post from LVS last March.

.................................................. .................................................. .........
{ They had an overwhelming amount of Naked Shorts in the past few months. That was recently curbed with a stock replacement and company filing changes to the stock certificates . Could be some SAD loosers.

Review these posts;

http://finance.google.com/group/google.finance.16059677/browse_thread...

Also I posted this;

I am not defending the position of CGFI. I am just bringing more facts to the table. They say that the EPA has no knowledge of Colorado Gold Fields. It could be due to the fact the permits and processes were already existing. CGFI has recently acquired the property and many files at EPA hold their original name until a new classification is achieved.

1. I know this, I have had some dealings with them on one of my own properties. A tenant caused a very large diesel spill. The site was known to the DEQ for the years during the cleanup as the name of the tenant.

I took the following from a Colorado State “Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety” report, dated 6 November 2008.

They have the following;
These Permits have existed for years now.

GOLD KING MINES, INC.,
GOLD KING MINE
(Permit No. M-1986-013) San Juan County

COLORADO GOLDFIELDS, INC.,
PRIDE OF THE WEST MILL
(Permit No. M-1984-049) San Juan County

I add this excerpt to show CGFI is a party to the report;
[ The site is currently in compliance with a Cease and Desist Order from the Board; they are precluded from operations due to failure of the tailings facility and are permitted to conduct reclamation and/or site maintenance activities only.

The mill is currently precluded from operations and the tailings facility is no longer allowed by DRMS to receive tailings.

During 2007 the mill and associated property was purchased by Colorado Goldfields, Inc. In March 2008, Colorado Goldfields became the successor operator of the Mined Land Reclamation Permit and informed DRMS of their intentions to satisfy the conditions of the Cease and Desist Order and reactivate milling operations. ]

2. I have also found in the following;

Table of Active Certification Under the CDPS Stormwater Metal Mining Industry General Permit “As of January 1, 2009

COR040237 Colorado Goldfields Inc Gold King Mine 6801 Hwy
11OA Silverton San Juan 1/28/2009

Here is the link;
http://www.cdphe.state.co.us/wq/PermitsUnit/stormwater/SWActivecertsd...

I think they are in fact trying to achieve operations and compliance. The two permits above were under “Cease and Desist Orders” from PREVIOUS OWNERS. I have found multiple locations where state records show CGFI in contact and working to reactive the permits. It took me just a few minutes to find it too. Are the critics actually looking?

I think not!

I feel good their only problem is cash right this minute. I also think the officers are selling stock they have been paid with, to loan the company cash!

Do some research, you will find what I found. My research is not on the chat boards, most people there pass on what they read some other uninformed person somewhere else wrote.

So listen, there is no PUMP & DUMP here! Can they fail? Yes, Are they like every other Junior Gold Mine, Struggeling? YES

A good Spec Play however.
