Default lost loser. Markets random behavior.

Hi guys
Started a banks brokerage account 6 months ago and then my own trading account 4 months ago.
I've been reading, following webpages and phone apps, trying to make smart choices although based on results, I've done all the wrong decisions. My brokerage grows less than the current inflation (therefore losing money), and lost 16% of my trading money.

I am not expecting millions overnight, just hoping to get some profit out of trading but getting really umfortable lately, seeing market behaving randomly and considering market people as those using sensitive information that normal people do not have access to.

Im not a conspiracy theory guy, just pretty discouraged.
Thoughts? Comments? suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Market is so much dynamic now a days. Lots of people and experts are engaging in the market and hence it is getting complex day by day. You should take it as normal and never give up.

Arrow Randomness is natural in market

Hi Davidcom,

If some market keeps going up, that is unhealthy. If a market keeps going down, that is bad, too. A normal market will be different from a month to another. This is absolutely natural. Therefore, we all need to get used to it. (Though, we may learn it in some hard and unpleasant ways )

Again, you are not investing on the market only, you are investing on individual stock. if the market is behaving randomly, but you have a good portfolio. You may still be making money.

Therefore, picking the right stock is the key. The market will fluctuate, but some stocks will be rewarding the traders.
