Default Help with some basic information

I would like to ask a few questions any help will be appreciated !

based on which formula in a given day the regulator decides the value of a share?
and during the same day when the stock goes up and down with no news released what is the actual factor the changes the price and how?

last but not least if someone owns a big portion of a stock and doesn't trade it will it affect the price and how?

does it affect if 1 person holds all the shares open for the public or 1000 people change hands with them is actually better? and why of course

thanks and have a nice day !

There is no such formula. This called market.
Everything that you listed influence on stocks price.
Every case is specific. There is no necessary to trade stocks to change their price. For Instance, Elon just made one marijuana puff and Tesla went down.
