NutraCea attended the IFT Expo in Las Vegas on June 26-28 and provided an update today. At the event the Company attracted significant interest from a number of major global food, nutritional supplement and pharmaceutical manufacturers. NutraCea also has unscheduled visits from representatives of three of the world’s 10 largest pharmaceutical companies at the show.

Also worth noting is interest from some of the world’s largest fast food companies for NutraCea’s defatted rice bran product DF 300 which reduces oil pick up in fried foods up to 50%.
