Can we get a separate forum for the shorts? I need me some good ones.

I don't feel comfortable in these parts with a gun that only shoots above the horizon, if you know what I mean. Fall is just around the corner, a time when people stop buying houses, lose enthusiasm in general, and maybe, just maybe, interest rates will rise... causing all hell to break out again.

I'd like to have half my portfolio short, and half long. As long as the bets are good ones, it seems I should make money no matter what happens.
