What the heck broker are you using that 29$ each way? You should really consider moving to TD, zecco, or scotttrade. TD is the most expensive of the 3, but it is well worth the money; recommendations, level 2, stock analysis, hell I havent even found everything yet!

I just transfered all of my account to TD Ameritrade from Sharebuilder...I am pretty sure some of you know by now my opinion on Sharebuilder lol...Anyway, i have found that TD is the way to go for me, never had any problem trading just about anything i want to, plus i haven't found a restriction on any stocks i intended to buy or bought so far...The set up for Forex, margin accounts went pretty smooth, just a little paperwork...Plus the customer service is great, fast and reliable...
I am so glad i am out of Sharebuilder....They still owe me money and that is being solved after fussing....Oh well..

TD Ameritrade has been awesome for me, I have bought OTC penny stocks in lots

of 100K with no problem, there has never been any extra charges and their tools

are great.

Thanks trants. It seems t be easy to buy in but hard to sell out. I like your plan. I've followed this webs advice for about amonth and am now ahead of the game with lvs, kfn, ctic & keme. It's time for the stop limits and free stock.

Trants 'free shares' strategy has saved my @$$ already on a few trades! That was I whom he said that to, and with my job taking me away for a week with no internet, this exact strategic thinking enabled me to make a profit on KFN and obtain my current holdings of 2000 free shares. Now with KFN falling as much as it is, I may try a repeat to accumulate even more free shares for the long haul. Just one quick simple example.
I too have only been trading for a short time, and have been fortunate enough to find myself up 170% with free shares in quite a few stocks. I enjoy being a protege to all the experienced members here continuously learning something new, and look forward to the possibility of being a mentor myself one day. Thank you Trants and all others!!
