Oil or oil High Beta Oil related names

On 9/25 we had Geo-political tensions in iran, Goldman Sachs reinstated their $85 Price target on oil and yet oil barely moves up. I think the market is telling you that oil is moving down. I would take profits in the high beta energy stocks if you are long them. Wait to the commodity to trade down to around $60 or just below $60 before buying again
