Any data out there on what percentage of drugs past phase III get FDA approval?

There has been a lot of buzz on this forum about companies like HEB. Has anybody seen anything written about about what percentage of drugs like Ampligen that have made it through all clinical trials and are up for approval actually receive a yes on that approval?

I believe that Dr. Carter said 80% of new formulations get approved. But don't quote me on that as I can't find the linky to it.
