BeesFree, Inc. (BeesFree-DE), formerly BNH, Inc., is a development-stage company. The Company focuses on manufacturing and selling its technology that dispenses and delivers its mixture of chemical compounds to the bee population in order to prevent the effects of colony collapse disorder (CCD). The Company has developed a product consisting of the BeesFree Dispenser and its chemical compound. The BeesFree Dispenser operates using batteries and is rechargeable by a small solar panel. The Company has operations in Rome, Italy and Buenos Aires, Argentina. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had not generated any revenues. The BeesFree Dispenser is designed to last for up to a three year period of usage. It focuses on manufacturing and selling its products to beekeepers worldwide. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company closed a merger with its wholly owned subsidiary, BeesFree-DE.

Cereplast, Inc. (Cereplast) is engaged in developing and commercializing bio-based resins through two product families: Cereplast Compostables Resins, which are compostable, renewable, ecologically sound substitutes for petroleum-based plastics, and Cereplast Sustainables resins (including the Cereplast Hybrid Resins product line), which replaces up to 90% of the petroleum-based content of traditional plastics with materials from renewable resources. The Company primarily conducts its operations through product families, such as Cereplast Compostables resins, Cereplast Hybrid Resins and Cereplast Algae Plastic resins. In October 2011, the Company purchased a manufacturing plant in Assisi (Cannara).

NutraCea is a food ingredient and health company focused on the procurement, processing and refinement of rice bran and derivative products. In addition, it has developed a bio-refining approach to processing stabilized rice bran into various constituents, such as rice bran oil (RBO), defatted rice bran (DRB) and a range of other derivatives of rice bran. It operates in three business segments: Corporate; Stabilized Rice Bran (SRB), which manufactures and distributes SRB in various granulations along with products derived from bran via patented enzyme treatment processes, including a fat and protein water soluble fraction, and a fiber insoluble fraction, and Bio-Refining, which separates rice bran into crude rice bran oil and defatted rice bran, which are then further processed into a number of food and feed products. Effective November 30, 2010, it emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. In September 2010, the Company sold its Stage II Phoenix, Arizona facility.
