From the OPHI Facebook wall last week, notice the last sentence in bold:
Organic Plant Health
OPH has had a great week, so much like spring here. A popular product is OPH's JACKHAMMER MAXX. It eases compaction in clay soils and improves soil structure in sandy soils. This great product increases nutrient availability and processing efficiency. The end result... improved soil structure, better root development and improved plant growth. Try it consistently in your lawn - ecom website next week.

Press Release Source: Organic Plant Health, Inc. On Wednesday February 23, 2011, 7:00 am EST
CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - 02/23/11) - Organic Plant Health, Inc., (OPHI), (Pinksheets:OPHI - News), an exclusive manufacturer and distributor of organic-based fertilizers and soil conditioners, announced today that it has reached an agreement with five new retail partners further increasing the retail availability of Organic Plant Health products. Three of the five new retailers are Ace Hardware stores. The other two are large garden centers located in North Carolina. Initially each retail outlet will carry 8 to 10 key products with access to more as needed. "We are beginning to see the results of our aggressive retail expansion on the east coast," stated Dale R. Huffman, Organic Plant Health, Regional Sales Manager. "As the spring gardening season approaches we are experiencing a lot of success and are very pleased with the increased availability of our products. In addition to these retailers, our sales team anticipates adding three to five more retail partners for spring deliveries in March and early April."

Short interest February 28:
Date|Symbol|ShortVolume|ShortExemptVolume|TotalVol ume|Market
20110228|OPHI|8300|0|17760|O
(source: http://regsho.finra.org/regsho-Index.html )

The SSE is active in the new regulations as per http://www.finra.org/Industry/Regula...s/2010/P122255 , and OPHI show apparently 0% such volume, but 46,7% of the total volume is "regular shorting" of the stock.

Yesterday was the first day with this extended data available in public, but remember the current appearance on the Threshold list for several days, and also the history of reported Fails-to-deliver. 13 days buy-in for naked shorted positions is to be applied to OTC-stocks as well as per the regulations from yesterday (February 28).
5 consecutive days on the Threshold list so far, you do the math people.

Current market capitalization with the closing price of $.1201 yesterday in mind is showing a measly $359,400

I get a feeling that the market is awaiting that audit to be finished, but those with some willingness of risk here would see the huge undervaluation when looking at that attorney verified financial report from the period ended October 31, 2010 which shows revenues of $1,492,694

Looking for continued, longterm growth here personally.

Alan Talbert response personally to the ongoing audit;
"Communicated with auditors last night – the primary hold up is they are waiting on confirmations from 3 A/R customers, 6 A/P vendors and 2 attorneys. This is a process that neither OPH nor the auditors have any control over, really. I’m going to call the hold outs to try to move this along, but ultimately our hands are tied.

The auditor tells me that if they don’t get the remaining confirmations back soon, it’s standard that they would perform alternate tests. He went on to say that once the confirmations are received and they complete their review process of them, things will move much more quickly to finalize the audit.

Wish I could tell you more – but we’ve done all we can do at this point. It’s just a waiting game."
- Alan Talbert, Vice President, Organic Plant Health, Inc.

Seems like a solid base here for now with OPHI. Decent bid-support, and not much selling. Just a waiting-game for the audit, new E-commerce and further expansion throughout the US.

Interesting increase in volume here. I suppose many haven't noticed it, but we're actually trading nicely above the average from what we traded the week before the R/S, and also at a higher base this time.

The seven trading days before the symbol change we had an average-volume of approximately 1,400,000 shares traded daily. The price hovered around $.002.
The daily dollar-volume was around $2,800.

The seven days back from todays date, we've had an average-volume of approximately 53,000 shares daily (equal to 2,650,000 shares pre-split) and the current price is hovering around $.12 (equal to $.0024 pre-split measured)
The daily dollar-volume is around $6,300.
