Long Churchill Mining Plc (CHL)

Just been given a tip on this one, this UK based mining company has coal prospects in Indonesia. This one trades on the AIM, closed today at 50.30p and has 67.34m shares issued.

According to the tip: 'Their defined coal seam 18km long and 3km wide is an indication of the potential. Investors should be made aware that small mining companies face many hurdles before actual mining becomes a reality.'

'Their prospective partners will be conducting legal, engineering, economic and geologic investigations. There have already been delays due to the weather.'

According to their info, development could start in 2010. Reading further into this, estimates suggest they have found up to 3.14 Billion tonnes of thermal coal, 600% up from their original estimate.

Recently spiked from 44p to 55p between 15th and 18th May. Any thoughts?

Posted a "Watch" (see here: CHL) on this a week or so ago... keeping my eye on it, but nothing concrete at the mo!
