CBM (LSE) to WTN (TSX) at .75 shares WTN for each CBM. Giving today's prices spread is 47% but is moves between 30-50%. WTN has solid cash position, stable contracts and profit. You need to have access to LSE and TSX. I suggest Interactive Brokers if your current brokers does not provide this. Hope this helps. I plan to hold WTN if/once the deal goes through but others could play this short and sell if deal is done.

For those in CBM consider taking some profit and then hold the rest long for WTN long looks good but if your entry was 40p, this is likely at 60p based on current wtn bids.
