KFG has a 10-per-cent working interest in the well, reverting to a 21.5-per-cent interest at payout. The well is 1,250 feet north of the Craig No. 1 and No. 2 wells, and appears to be in a new reservoir.

Another revenue stream that I haven't mentioned as much as KFG's oil revenue is their Management fees. Not only does KFG get paid as a well operator for the initial drill, we also get ongoing fees paid for watching after all the wells. This is a very nice secondary revenue that will for sure add up as we go ahead and add 8-10 well per year.

From the last quarterly:

Management fee revenue for the nine months ended January 31, 2014 was $344,527 as compared to $132,216 for the nine months ended January 31, 2013. The increase is a result of more work for other companies due to general increase in activity in the industry as well as two additional wells to operate. As of January 31, 2014, KFG was operating 20 wells versus 14 in the 9 months ended January 31, 2013.

As well, since that report all the projects listed below have come to fruition and paid out.

KFG had cash at January 31, 2014 of $1,365,827. Oil production at Fayette is providing positive cash flow and will continue to do just that. Also the Company’s new oil revenues will provide a borrowing base the Fayette development. As of now, the Company plans to expand as cash flow permits. The Company is experiencing new cash flow from the Craig #1 and #2 wells, the MacNeil #3 well, the Parker #2 well and Parker #4 well. In addition, the Parker #3 well is awaiting completion. KFG has two additional prospects waiting drilling. Two additional wells have been staked, the Parker #5 and the Craig #3, both in Adams Co., MS.

Outlook

Production at Fayette is stable and has started a slow decline. With the Dale lease back on production and new production coming off the Craig and Parker leases, KFG will have adequate internal cash flow to develop existing leases as well as support several new prospects in the coming months. Unless the price of oil collapses, the Company will generate sufficient capital to fund its requirements throughout 2014 internally.

Share Capital

The total number of shares outstanding as at January 31, 2014 and April 1, 2014, is 50,584,144. As of January 31, 2014 and April 1, 2014, there were no stock options outstanding. There were no warrants outstanding as at January 31, 2014 and April 1, 2014.

KFG Franklin well approval

I just found the Mississippi website that takes all well applications and either approves/denies them. Shows that KFG's first Franklin well has been approved and will likely be announced in the next update once the drill rig is in place. So expectto see that soon. On Page 7 as of June 18th 2014:

262-2014-D BOOKER BRANCH FIELD - Franklin County.
Petition of KFG Petroleum Corporation, requesting the Board to integrate all
interests in a 40-acre oil unit, situated in Section 20, Township 7 North, Range 3
East, to drill the Seale No. 1 Well, to a depth of 4,500' test Wilcox Formation and all
other formations and pools that may be encountered at a regular location.

Approved

This is a great website I found where you can get upto date information on wells and their production rates. How does this help us with KFG? Well we can see what future production
rates are possible with new wells. For example Franklin:

Mississippi Oil and Gas Production, Wells, and Operators

Go to that link and scroll down to find area. Click on Franklin and it will show all active wells and the producers. Denbury seems to be always close to us so lets use their rates and wells.
Divide barrels produced by number of wells and then by 30 days in a month:

14787(barrels / 7(wells) / 30(days) = Average of around 70bopd

Operator Production Month Oil Prod (BBLS) Gas Prod (MCF) Active Wells
Black Jack Oil Co., Inc. March 2014 3,096 301 19
Cypress Operating, Inc March 2014 1,876 0 1
