From the financial reports on dec 1st (MD&A):

They're saying they got a distribution agreement for Canada... and they're going on board with a sizeable potential USA distribution agreement soon.

"For the United-States, the perspectives are exceptional and to face them, the society is going to associate itself to a very important distribution network which covers the entire market. Some talks are already ongoing. The same method as in Quebec will be used; placing equipment in a demonstration at strategic clients and, afterwards, use the results to start sales which will be , like in Quebec, slow at the beginning but expenential afterwards."

They gave 4.5M stocks to IEL and options to buy 7.5 M as part of the distribution deal. Which is about 10% dilution potentially 20%. Which is equiv of about $400-600k in stocks at this valuation. They might do something similar to start the distribution in the USA.

It says they have 400k in equity right now, no more R&D costs (or almost), and procedures to market almost finished for CAN & USA. Looks like the money wheel is cranking up! Upside only, imo, this company is valued at a bankruptcy. I can easily imagine the $10M contracts rolling up for this technology.

Seems like shares are trading hands a bit more frequently these days (volume picking up). We used to go DAYS between trades, but now we're getting one or more per day. Could this lazy pig finally be catching a few eyes?? I'm just waiting for that day when they announce contracts that exceed their hugely undervalued market cap.

Things do seem to be picking up. Any idea when the next quarterly financial report will get released?

Well it looks like the last one was Dec. 1st so I'm assuming we should hear some news at the start of March?
