The fact that both the author of this thread (Etiennester) and PigBoss the company are located in Montreal has made me think something fishy could be going on here regarding the overall intent of this thread. I'm not making any accusations, I'm just a tad bit skeptical about this whole thing.

Well I knew this one smelled bad...

I got a little worried when one of the guys (props to jaymo and handjob) in the stock chat room posted this photo of Pigboss HQ taken from Google Maps street view. Not all that impressive for a publicly traded company, but understandable for a small business.



So I did some digging around and found that Etiennester, the guy who started this thread has an email of: etcimon _AT_ gmail.com.

A quick check of the Pigboss site shows the president of the company's name as: Jacques Cimon, President. Doh!

Hmm, that's a mighty big coincidence! So what if I take the name Etienne Cimon and do a Google search: Etienne Cimon - Google Search. Awww shit...Yep that's him.

So I emailed this guy and he is in fact the son of Jacques Cimon, the president of Pigboss. Wish he had mentioned that in his first post!

Well I didn't invest too much in the PigStarver 2000 thank goodness (and I hope nobody else did) but I would have preferred a casino Etienne. Or minus that maybe some full disclosure.

Also, previous to figuring out the above I had emailed PigBoss twice, once in English and once in French. Not even an oink from. Brutal.

Is the son of the president of a company allowed to do something like that? Hype up a stock in such a way?

I'm not too sure about the legal side of it noiz, but I know it is constantly in the courts: stock touting sec - Google Search

On the bright side Etienne did send me a screenshot that indicates that he is still a shareholder of PIG. Since there isn't much else we can do I'm going to hold, but like I said I don't have much.

What bothers me is the company will not respond to email even after several tries by me and others.

Also of note is they have until June 1st to file the next financial report.

There are some new facts being outlined here. I've posted many recommendations before I finally saw potential in this company. I've been around since LVS Investing in nov. 2008 and I posted this in aug. 2009. I had been on the hall of fame for 6 months already with a 300%++ overnight. Yes I'm related to one of the founders, no I'm not an insider, and no I haven't profited from this stock yet. It's not a super spam slam like the usual SEC-targeted "stock touting" practices, because it's not an overnight pick which I have sold on the way up (lol). This is a legitimate company, with legitimate distribution segments and a legitimate growth outlook. I said how I was in favor of buying it according to legitimate facts that had developed at the time (including: bad management was ousted). If you're all looking forward to the next financial reports, we're on the same page. I never expected the stock to go to $1 without solid revenues and proofs of growth, and it's not a very popular speculative stock like you could have noticed, it's not going to go up on no news.

So, if some of you think the idea of being related to one of the founders is bad news for this pick, ok. But in my opinion, it only adds some juice to the prospects. The management is under very good hands, there is a lot of throttle going on with this company (though not investor-wise) and I wanted to let you guys ride it along with me from these low prices when the company starts to seriously cash-in. Of course, I'm not 100% sure of the possibility of this scenario going well, but I'm already betting $5000 so far that it's going to grow out of proportions in a near-term future. It's always risky to put some money in a penny stock, that's why I'm confident nobody put it's life savings at risk. I'm ready to wait it out through the year, and it's likely a .01 vs $1+ play.

Any respect I had for you Etiennester has been lost. What you did by not disclosing the fact that you are related to the owner of the company was very sneaky and your credibility will now suffer as a result. You should of known better. I've now rated the original post in this thread with a "Thumbs down" for the fact Etiennester intentionally left out the fact he is the owners Son, and obviously has direct vested interest in PigBoss.

Miles - Excellent investigation work. I knew something was fishy. This company looks like a small business run out of a house, and for them to not even reply to emails is not very professional. I only have $500 worth of stock in PigBoss, but I'll definitely be selling it.
