Default MagIndustries Corp (MAA.V)

MAA.V

This is a long play on potash with a potential of getting in early for the long haul

Pre-construction activity has been ongoing on the Project site since October 2008, and following finalization of the debt and equity financing we expect to commence construction of the production facility. The facility is scheduled to start production by the end of 2011 and reach full production by the middle of 2012.

Bill Burton, President and Chief Executive Officer of MagIndustries, commented following the recent meetings with Lenders in Paris: "Mag is pleased with the progress it believes has been made with the project financing, and we greatly appreciate the diligence of the Lenders in working with us in this process."

The Project is among the largest potash greenfield projects under development in the world, with an initial annual design capacity of 600,000 tonnes of potash. Cash operating costs per tonne of potash are expected to be among the lowest in the industry, which will contribute to attractive returns and significant value generation.

This is at least a three year long considering that 2012 is the completion date for phase 1. My advice is to take a small position if you can afford to but, don't be surprised to see it below $0.40 depending on what they are doing to raise the $160 million.

They filed at SEDAR a letter expressing intent to issue more shares. Don't be worried about dilution but, hopefully the market reacts negatively and allows those of us to pick up some more share at a better buy in.

IMHO even one year out I can see this being a 1000% stock.

Great pick burieddeep.

I jumped on the bandwagan for the ride up this potash play at 0.51.

Somebody bought a million shares of MAA.V today.

Dave, how do you know someone bought a million shares? Haven't been watching this beyond intraday updates.

I'd like to see this going down further before I average more shares in.

FYI this is a good example of why people need to keep posting their picks and work towards getting VIP Trader status. I posted this on May 18th and you could of bought in for 0.45. Although I was impressed that in showed up here in the regular picks as quickly as it did. Good going burieddeep.

They released Q1 today. I guess someone with $500,000 bucks likes it. Your margin account is getting up to that amount is it not Adam?

LOL! I wish but, seriously I stay away from having a margin account. If it drops to 0.30 then I hope to be in the position to buy 500k.
