I don’t know who this Matt Green fellow is,  but I do know the CEO and the VP of Global Services from a pervious company they had similar positions and I, quite frankly, feel sorry for anyone that works with these two.  NOT people I would EVER want to work with. The current CEO, as far as I am concerned, shouldn’t even be in upper management.  He only has an English degree, which means NO business background, no complete understanding of ETHICS, no background in technology. But I guess if he can read the standard technospeak that he has to discuss, he can do that and he can BS his way enough to fool most people.  I found him to be COMPLETELY dishonest and just a real shortsighted person that didn’t want to FIX problems.  Same goes with their VP of Global Services. Plus, when i knew them, they had a HUGE drinking problem synonymous with functional alcoholism, based on my own personal observations.  They wanted people to either lie or cover up some unethical or illegal activities they were doing otherwise, they’ll wrongfully terminate you.  If you work for this company, my best advice is LEAVE or do something to force these two out of the company.  Oh, and get a good labor law attorney and build your case, especially if they tell you “your job is not in jeopardy.”  That is typically a sure sign that it is.    Thank God Coverity isn’t a publicly traded company.    What’s funny is Anthony probably read a Forbes article about the CRO and what they do and thought they should have one.  From what I have read, Coverity makes most of their money from one product, so there really isn’t much this guy has to track.
